Why Scoreboards?

Performance management is about setting goals and sharing these goals (and the actual performance) with your team members.
Dashboards, cockpits and scorecards aren't used to share information but focus on drivers, pilots and golf players.

The mountain elements

In our scoreboards we use elements that look like mountains they consists of three parts:
  • On top: a sparkline graph, an invention of Edward Tufte, to provide quick insight in de development of a metric over time: the trend.
  • In the middle: the name and value of the metric.
  • At the bottom: a gauge to provide insight on how well your team is doing compared to the target. Some will call this a bullet graph, an invention of Stephen Few.

Can I download this application?

No you can't. It's a (mobile) website and a service.
The service consist of uploading your data and providing your team members with access to your data through a scoreboard.

Is it for mobile users only?

No, you can access it through a webbrowser on your pc or laptop as well.
